Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 2 cups fresh carrots, diced
  • 2 cups celery stalks, diced

Instructions

  5. Spoon dumpling dough over the chicken mixture in the last 30 minutes of cooking; cover tightly.
  6. Stir in heavy cream before serving.
