  • 1 cup fresh carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
