Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chiles
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups white beans (canned, drained)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
