  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken breasts. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with lemon juice and drizzle over the chicken just before removing from the grill.
  4. Slice each grilled chicken breast into strips and assemble on whole wheat buns. Top with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
