  • 1 cup water (room temperature)
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, and water; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Once cooled slightly, poke holes all over the top using a wooden spoon handle or fork.

  6. Pour warm cranberry sauce over the poked cake and let chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
