  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
