  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed red and green)

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
